1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for, accessing, or using ClassMind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you are using ClassMind on behalf of an institution, organization, or business, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

ClassMind is an AI-powered workspace designed to enhance teaching and accelerate learning. We provide educators and students with AI-driven tools for lesson planning, content generation, assessment creation, grading, and personalized learning experiences. Our platform continuously evolves with new features and improvements.

3. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use ClassMind.
• Users under 18 should use ClassMind with parental consent or under educator supervision.
• Educators using ClassMind for institutional purposes must ensure compliance with applicable educational privacy laws (FERPA, COPPA, etc.).
• By creating an account, you confirm you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.
• One person, one account - sharing accounts is not permitted.

5. Subscription Plans & Payment

• ClassMind offers free and paid subscription plans with different usage limits.
• By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

6. Refund Policy

• Due to the immediate access to our AI-powered services and the significant costs we incur to run our platform (including server infrastructure, AI model training, and ongoing maintenance), we do not offer refunds for subscription fees.
• All sales are final once payment is processed.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
• For exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team to discuss your situation.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ClassMind responsibly and in accordance with its educational purpose. You must not:

• Use the platform for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Generate or distribute inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use automated systems to access the platform beyond normal usage.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

8. AI-Generated Content

• ClassMind provides AI-generated educational content as a tool to assist in teaching and learning.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
• Users should always review and verify AI-generated materials before using them in educational settings.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any content you use complies with your institution's standards and applicable regulations.
• ClassMind is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

9. Intellectual Property

• ClassMind, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by PureSoft Labs OÜ.
• You retain full ownership of any original content you input into the platform.
• You own all educational materials and outputs generated using ClassMind's AI tools and may use them as you wish.
• We provide options to copy, download, and export your generated content for your convenience.
• By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services and improving our platform.
• You may freely share, modify, and distribute any content you create or generate through ClassMind.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We are committed to protecting your privacy and comply with GDPR, CCPA, FERPA, and COPPA regulations.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

11. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

12. Limitation of Liability
