  • Log Data: Our servers automatically record information when you use ClassMind, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

Third-Party Information

  • Google Sign-In: If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information (email and name) from Google.
  • Payment Information: Payment data is processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your credit card information.

4. AI Services and Data Processing

  • We use AI models from OpenAI and Anthropic, further trained by us and customized with our own settings and configurations.
  • Your inputs to AI tools are processed by these services to generate educational content.
  • We store your inputs and generated outputs to maintain your content history.
  • We do not store uploaded files - only brief summaries of documents you provide.
  • When you delete a generation, all associated inputs, outputs, and data are permanently removed from our database.

5. Data Retention

  • We retain your account information as long as your account is active.
  • Generation history is stored until you choose to delete it or terminate your account.
  • When you delete specific generations, all related data is immediately and permanently removed.
  • When you terminate your account, all personal data is deleted within 14 days.
  • We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytical purposes.
  • Legal or regulatory requirements may require us to retain certain data for specified periods.

  • Users are automatically assigned to the closest region for optimal performance.
  • All international data transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
  • You can request to have your data processed in a specific region by contacting us.
